Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g fresh carrots (peeled and cut into sticks)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) 
  • In a large bowl, combine the carrot sticks, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly toss until the carrots are evenly coated. 


  • Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet.


  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, occasionally stirring, until the carrots are tender and have a slight caramelized exterior.
  • Remove the Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary. Enjoy the perfectly roasted carrots!
