- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a large bowl, combine the carrot sticks, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
