With vibrant bell peppers, juicy cherry tomatoes, and creamy avocado, it's a showstopper for any occasion.
- 8 oz 225g smoked salmon slices
- 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lay out a large serving platter. Place a small bowl in the center.
Start assembling the wreath around the bowl. Begin with a ring of cucumber slices on the outer edge of the platter.
Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cucumber. Overlap them slightly for an attractive presentation.
Add alternating rings of red and yellow bell pepper slices on top of the smoked salmon.
Place halved cherry tomatoes between the bell pepper rings.
Carefully remove the small bowl from the center.
Drizzle olive oil and garnish the wreath with fresh dill sprigs
