Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 225g smoked salmon slices
  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.


  • Lay out a large serving platter. Place a small bowl in the center.
  • Start assembling the wreath around the bowl. Begin with a ring of cucumber slices on the outer edge of the platter.
  • Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cucumber. Overlap them slightly for an attractive presentation.
  • Add alternating rings of red and yellow bell pepper slices on top of the smoked salmon.
  • Place halved cherry tomatoes between the bell pepper rings.
  • Carefully remove the small bowl from the center.
  • Drizzle olive oil and garnish the wreath with fresh dill sprigs
  • Serve your Smoked Salmon Wreath immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
