- 12 baby buns store-bought
- 200 g crab meat fresh or canned
- 2-3 red chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter
- Chives for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slit open a pocket from top, brush with butter and toast it for 3-5 minutes. Take out from the oven and place aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped red chillies, minced garlic, chopped coriander leaves, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are combined thoroughly.
Fill each toasted baby buns with the crab mixture, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
