  • 12 baby buns store-bought
  • 200 g crab meat fresh or canned
  • 2-3 red chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  • Slit open a pocket from top, brush with butter and toast it for 3-5 minutes. Take out from the oven and place aside. 


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped red chillies, minced garlic, chopped coriander leaves, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are combined thoroughly.


  • Fill each toasted baby buns with the crab mixture, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
