  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cook’s Tips for the Best Results

For the best Cider Glazed Chicken Thighs:

  • Ensure even cooking by choosing chicken thighs of uniform size.
  • Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs for a healthier result.
  • Keep an eye on the glaze to prevent burning and to achieve the desired thickness.
  • Feel free to add a pinch of fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.

Frequently Asked Question

Is it possible to substitute boneless chicken thighs for bone-in ones in this recipe?

Certainly, boneless chicken thighs can be used as an alternative. Just be mindful of adjusting the cooking time, as boneless thighs tend to cook more quickly.

Can I use different mustards instead of Dijon mustard in the glaze?

Absolutely, whole-grain mustard or spicy brown mustard can be substituted for Dijon mustard.
